Where do you ship from?
We source products from various international locations, ensuring you get the best items delivered to your doorstep. Our Stock is divided between Lahore & Karachi and hence dispatch locations vary.
How do I place an order?
Simply browse our online store, select your desired products, and complete your purchase through our secure checkout process. Alternatively, we also have WhatsApp contact details for our clients to reach us directly specially in scenarios of pre order.
What are your shipping options?
We offer standard and expedited shipping options for all our products, ensuring timely delivery. Our usual processing time is 1/2 days and may exceed to 3/4 days in events of Sales and promotions. Once orders are dispatched we ensure all orders are dispatched via Express.
Any Natural calamities or natural disasters such as incase of Floods, heavy rains, or political tensions around the country, orders may be put to hold until situation resolves.
Do you have a return policy?
We have NO return, refund, exchange and cancellation policy with only exception to if the order delivered to you has been wrongly delivered or you have an item missing in your order or your item has arrived damaged.
Can I track my order?
Yes, once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or whatsApp to monitor its progress. Please remember we use TCS for nationwide deliveries.
What should I do in an unfortunate case of damage product received or something is missing?
We highly encourage all our clients new and old, to make an unboxing video as soon as they receive the parcel. The video should clearly show the flyer packing with your details and the video should show all contents in the package. This video needs to be sent to our WhatsApp number on the same day of delivery maximum within 2 hours.
Once we receive your video, we will resolve the issue at our earliest, which will be depending on the nature of the matter. Incase of a damaged or leaked product , refund or replacement will be offered as soon as the compromised product reaches us back safe and sound. In case of a missing item, we dispatch the product with our earliest next dispatch cycle.
How can I ensure your products are authentic?
We ensure complete client transparency, You are more than welcome to ask for proof of purchase of a product. However we reserve the rights to watermark all proofs with our logo to avoid any misuse.
Can I cancel my order?
If your order is placed on the website during a sale period and your payment has not been done within 24 hours, your order will be cancelled. Repeatedly placing orders and not paying timely, will automatically refuse your future orders. If your orders are placed during WhatsApp sale which is group exclusive, we do not accept any cancellations whatsoever. Our team puts in a lot of effort to curate sales, and hence once an item is sold on the website or whatsApp sale, the others in line are with an impression that this item is unavailable. To avoid such disappointments ensure you place an order once you are sure.
Pre orders can not be cancelled due to change of mind.
